Getting There

Parking is available in our C lot, or 6V lot. Maps can be found on WWU’s transportation website. Our closest and most accessible parking is the 6V lot, but that one is often full so arrive early if planning to park there. Accessible parking information can be found on the transportation website.

We recommend arriving ten minutes early and finding the planetarium if folks are not familiar with the location. It can take fifteen minutes to walk from our furthest parking lot.

We are located on the 3rd floor of the Haggard Hall Library. From the circulation desk, take the stairs or the elevator to the third floor and head right down the hall to a grey door. The door opens five minutes before the show starts. Please do not knock or rattle the handle because there may be a show in progress. Please do not ask library staff to open the door for you.

Please have a coordinator introduce themself to the presenter and let them know if your entire group is present or if you’re waiting on anyone. We can hold the show for ten minutes for late participants. There is no entry after the show has started. There is no reentry after the show has started.

Men and women's restrooms are located down the hall to the left of the stairs, and across from the elevator. Gender neutral restrooms can be found directly below on the 2nd floor. More information can be found at the LGBTQ+ Western website. No open food or drink is allowed in the planetarium, please dispose of all uncovered drinks prior to entering.

Please silence phones and other bright or loud objects prior to the start of the show. There is to be no photography or video recording in the dome.
